CHOCOLATE & BANANA PROTEIN POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 banana

1 tbsp. nutella / chocolate hazelnut alternative spread

1 scoop of salted caramel protein powder

120g of salted caramel flavoured coconut yogurt

60ml of almond milk

40g of dark chocolate (optional)

30g of granola

 

METHOD:

 

  1. In a blender cup, add the banana, Nutella or hazelnut chocolate alternative spread, protein powder and almond milk and blend for 60-90 seconds to combine.

  2. Remove the blended mix to a casings of your silicon popsicle mould before placing in the freezer for a minimum of 4-6 hours.

  3. Once your popsicles are ready, melt the dark chocolate in a bowl before dipping your popsicles into it and coating with a sprinkle of granola.
