CHOCOLATE ENERGY BITES

INGREDIENTS:

 

65g of porridge oats

25g of desiccated coconut 

3 tbsp. of cocoa powder

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

140g of smooth peanut butter

30g of honey

30g of dark chocolate chips

 

METHOD:

  1. In a blender cup add the oats, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, protein powder, peanut butter and honey and pulse blend until well combined. 

  2. Remove the mix to a bowl before adding in the dark chocolate chips.

  3. Using your hands, combine the mix before rolling even amounts of the mixture into 12 balls and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes before serving!
