What motivated you to take on my coaching services?

 

I loved exercise and training but lacked and needed structure. I needed someone to provide that extra bit of knowledge for me and my personal goals.

What have you enjoyed most during your time training with Danica?

​

I love Dani as a person, she has extensive knowledge on practically everything you need to know; from female hormones to nutrition and sleep cycles. She enjoys training and pushing me... probably more than I do!  She's just amazing at what she does and is always open to suggestions and never stops bettering herself or building her knowledge for us, her clients.

What three things have you accomplished from your time coaching with Danica?

​

I now have confidence in myself to wear crop tops! I've done a total 180 on my lifestyle and learned what works for me, fitness and nutrition wise. I now have the ability to lift heavy weights that actually mean something to me and I have structure to my training.

Do you find the support content and weekly objective setting help you in achieving your goals?

​

I love having this structure and having a plan in place, especially since they're usually 2-3 weeks ahead. 

​

Do you have any additional comments or feedback?

​

Just that Dani is a wonderful human being! I cannot thank her enough for all the time she's put into working with me since day 1. My life has changed for the better and I absolutely love her for it! I didn't think I could love anything more than I love flying but training and now training other people myself (having gone on to study training and nutrition) has changed my life, she's taught me more than I could have ever imagined!
