What motivated you to take on my coaching services?

 

After getting stuck with my own weight loss regime, I felt I needed the help and guidance of a pro! Also, to help me gain more confidence in my training in the gym to help me achieve my goals.

 

What have you enjoyed most during your time training with Danica?

I've loved it all! Our weekly sessions always give me a real boost, they are always fun but challenging, I always leave with a smile on my face ready to hit my goals. Danica is full of enthusiasm and knowledge and is always so positive. 

What three things have you accomplished from your time coaching with Danica?

  • I have the confidence to hit the free weights section in the gym alone!

  • I'm learning to love myself - seeing what my body can achieve has amazed me - all I have to do is believe in myself and put my mind to it. 

  • I'm hitting my weight loss goals without feeling stressed about food all the time and seeing it as a bad thing. 

Do you find the support content and weekly objective setting help you in achieving your goals?

Definitely! I love getting my weekly objectives every week. It sets me up with a positive mindset for the week ahead. I've never realised how much I love a challenge! Knowing Danica is always at the end of the phone if I ever need her help is so helpful too!

Do you have any additional comments or feedback?

Starting with Danica has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I've never loved going to the gym as much I do now. It's helped me in so many ways both physically and mentally and Danica has had a huge part to play in that (Thank you!). I'm excited to continue to see what else I can achieve
