What motivated you to take on my coaching services?

 

I joined a group challenge which Danica was doing at my local gym. After our first chat, I asked about personal training sessions as I wanted to lose weight, get healthy and fitter.

What have you enjoyed most during your time training with Danica?

​

The support and encouragement from Danica has been amazing. She is always happy to workout with you and listen to what is going on with you. Her help and support has been amazing and has kept me going whilst I have suffered with my knee.

​

What three things have you accomplished from your time coaching with Danica?

​

  • The confidence to go to the gym on my own and know I am using the equipment correctly.

  • A better understanding of nutrients and what my body needs. 

  • I completed the RunDisney weekend, 5K Friday Night, 10K Saturday Morning and Half marathon Sunday morning. I finished the half marathon in under 4 hours.

 

Do you find the support content and weekly objective setting help you in achieving your goals?

​

The support and weekly objectives help me to stay on track and accountable.  Home workouts have been hard for me and Danica support/guidance has helped me stay focus.

Do you have any additional comments or feedback?

​

You are the best, Thank you for all your support and guidance.  Having you as my personal trainer has changed me in many ways.  Helping me feel more in control and more aware of my body and what I need to stay fit and healthy.
