150g of chocolate alternative

1 tsp. of coconut oil

2 scoops / 70g plus 1/2 scoop of protein powder 

90g of smooth peanut butter



  1. Melt 75g of the chocolate and 1/2 tsp. of the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl in short bursts in the microwave before adding in 1/4 scoop of the protein powder and combining.

  2. Line a muffin tray with 9 cases before pouring equal amounts of the melted chocolate into the muffin cases. Remove the tray to the freezer for 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.

  3. Next, in a large bowl mix 2 scoops of the protein powder with the peanut butter and use your hands to thoroughly combine to create the peanut butter filling. 

  4. Remove the muffin tray from the freezer and place equal amounts of the peanut butter filling into each case.

  5. Finally, repeat step one and pour the remaining melted chocolate mix on top of the peanut butter filling and use a spoon to smooth out the chocolate topping and encapsulate your peanut butter filling before removing to the freezer to chill for a further 10-20 minutes before serving.
