What motivated you to take on my coaching services?

 

For years I had been doing home workouts and always found myself skipping or not putting as much effort into certain exercises. Sometimes I would even end up injuring myself. I needed something different and help getting into the gym and pushing past my gym phobia that was always at the back of my head.

What have you enjoyed most during your time training with Danica?

Turning up to PT sessions with Danica has always been fun and enjoyable. There's a real personal touch that Danica brings to each PT session that is designed for your personal goals. She's got me over my gym phobia that has always been an issue for me. Danica pushes me much harder than I would've done on my own before training with her. 

What three things have you accomplished from your time coaching with Danica?

To look at food in a different way and not skip meals. To run! Running has always been one of those things that I didn't really enjoy but now with targets like time and distance I can see improvements. Sometimes when I run, I forget I'm actually exercising and just enjoying the moment. Also getting over my gym phobia. This is massive for me. I'm now at the point where I can walk into the gym and focus on me rather than what others are thinking! Thank you!

Do you find the support content and weekly objective setting help you in achieving your goals?

This is really helpful as its a reminder for me to keep going when I'm maybe not as focused as I should be, like having a stressful day at work for example. Also having the workouts emailed to me meant that I could look at them at anytime.
