BREAKDOWN:

 

494 calories

67g carbohydrates

30g protein

14g fat

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 cup oats 

1 medium banana

1 scoop vegan protein powder 

300ml almond milk or milk alternative

1 tbsp. of creamy peanut butter

1 tsp. of cinnamon powder

1 tbsp. honey

 

METHOD:

  1. In a blender cup add the oats and pulse blend to a fine crumb.

  2. Add the banana, milk alternative, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and protein powder and blend down for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Enjoy immediately with an additional sprinkle of cinnamon, sweetener or chopped banana.
