What motivated you to take on my coaching services?

 

With the Covid and lockdowns closing the gyms, I struggled with my motivation and getting my home workouts done. I realised I need help of a PT and 1-2-1 sessions to help me get back in shape. 

 

What have you enjoyed most during your time training with Danica?

Her enthusiasm, cheerfulness, friendliness, her love of food and cooking. Her support when I injured myself. This is why I look forward to my sessions with Dani.

What three things have you accomplished from your time coaching with Danica?

I have managed to loose some weight, I can see and feel progress and I am eating better thanks to getting back on track with my food prepping using Dani’s recipes.

Do you find the support content and weekly objective setting help you in achieving your goals?

Absolutely, especially when I was injured and not able to do any workouts. With Dani’s direction and objectives.

Do you have any additional comments or feedback?

I just would like to say thank you for the support and Dani’s knowledge as without it I would not have been able to do what I have achieved so far without her.
